Privacy policy
This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. It’s written to meet the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Google Ads policy requirements.
Note for Ash: have this reviewed before you go live. The content below is a solid, honest starting point but it should be checked against how you actually handle data — and POPIA requires you to name an Information Officer.
Who we are
Soil Poisoning Certificate is a division of Propserve, operating from offices in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal and Alberton, Gauteng. You can reach us at ash@propserve.co.za.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, site address, and the project details you choose to give us. When you call or WhatsApp us we have your phone number. We don’t ask for and don’t want financial information, identity numbers, or anything else not needed to quote your job.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote your job, schedule the work, and issue your certificate. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our adverts lead to enquiries. This places cookies in your browser and reports anonymous conversion data to Google. It tells us that an enquiry came from a particular advert; it doesn’t tell us who you’re. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Our quote form is processed by Formspree, which handles the delivery of your submission to our inbox.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept while they are live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records relating to work we’ve actually carried out — treatment records and certificates — are kept longer, because your warranty and your compliance file depend on them.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we aren’t required to keep it. Email ash@propserve.co.za and we’ll deal with it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We restrict access to enquiry information to the people who need it to quote and schedule your job.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update this page. Last updated July 2026.
